Coffee63 provides specialty-grade coffee and a professional barista service for private and corporate events of all kinds. From birthday parties and anniversaries to office events, brand activations, and launches, we offer a straightforward, flexible setup designed to make things easy.

We focus on well-made coffee using specialty beans from Millbank Coffee Co, a local roastery, prepared on professional café-standard equipment. Quality, consistency, and friendly service are at the heart of what we do.

What We Offer

  • A full café-style menu including espresso-based drinks, real-chocolate hot drinks, chai lattes, teas, and soft drinks

  • Professional café-standard espresso equipment

  • Coffee ground fresh for every cup, including decaf

  • Real-chocolate hot drinks made with melted chocolate and steamed milk (no powders or water)

  • A high-output inverter-style generator providing reliable power, with lower noise than standard generators

  • Our own on-board water supply, so no access to venue water is required

  • Dairy and non-dairy milk options

  • Friendly, professional service with a flexible approach to guest preferences

  • Our hire fee covers the trailer, barista team, and full setup.

    £300 hire fee (up to 5 hours of service)

    This includes:

    • Hire of our converted horse box trailer, equipped with professional café-standard espresso equipment

    • Our barista team

    • Setup and pack-down

    • Coffee ground fresh to order, including decaf

    • Power supply via our inverter-style generator

    • On-board water supply

    Travel costs:

    • First 30 miles free (covers a 30-mile return journey)

    • £1 per mile thereafter (covers the full return journey)

    Drinks are charged separately unless agreed as part of a package.

  • We offer flexible drinks packages based on the number of drinks you’d like to pre-book, with everything included and no hidden extras.

    Packages include:

    • All espresso-based coffee drinks, including iced drinks and decaf

    • Hot chocolate made with real chocolate and steamed milk

    • Chai latte

    • Tea

    • Coffee syrups included

    • Oat, soya, and almond milk included

    As a general guide, many events allow 1–2 drinks per guest, though consumption will vary depending on the event and guests.

    Any drinks served beyond the pre-booked amount can be added on the day at standard menu pricing and invoiced after the event.

  • Soft drinks can be provided and charged using a simple consumption allowance, agreed in advance and settled after the event if required.

    We can also supply a selection of cakes from Cakesmiths, known for their quality and Great Taste Award–winning bakes. Cake availability and pricing vary seasonally.

Setup & Requirements

We operate from our converted trailer and are fully self-sufficient.

A clear, level space of approximately 2.5m × 4.5m is required for the trailer and generator. The location must be accessible for towing and suitable for positioning the trailer on firm, level ground. We supply our own power and water, so no external connections are required.
