Who we are
Hey, I’m Dan, I own Coffee63, a family-run mobile barista service based in Malvern, Worcestershire.
Before launching Coffee63, I spent the best part of a decade working in the Ambulance service, where I developed a deep passion for helping people and providing high quality, compassionate service. That same dedication now fuels everything we do through Coffee63, from the quality of our drinks to the way we treat every guest.
My Wife and I are proud parents to a lively three year old boy, and we’re thrilled to be welcoming a baby girl into the family very soon! Family is at the heart of our business, and we bring that warm, personal touch to every event we attend.
What started as a love for great coffee has become a way for us to connect with our community, meet wonderful people, and help create memorable moments.

We established Coffee63 in 2025 We couldn’t be more excited to get out there and start sharing our love for coffee with everyone.
Our setup
Our newly converted horsebox trailer comes fully equipped with everything you need to have a true coffee shop experience, anywhere, at any time. We provide our own water, with an onboard calcium treatment and filtration unit. We also provide a generator to power our setup, making us totally off grid and able to operate almost anywhere.
**Discounts are negotiable if mains power is provided, we require a 32A outlet.
We use quality equipment in order to extract the very best flavour possible from our coffee, including a stylish and competent espresso machine from Sanremo and grinders from Mahlkönig. We have handwashing facilities onboard and adhere to all food hygiene standards. Our commercial grade equipment and well trained baristas give us the capabilities to keep up with demand, even at very busy events.
Our trailer is eye-catching and stylish as standard, but we’re more than happy to work with you to customise the décor to suit the theme of your event — we want everything to feel just right.
