Wedding Coffee & Barista Service

Make your special day even more memorable with specialty-grade coffee served from our beautifully converted horse box trailer. Blending character, quality, and experience, we provide a drinks service that fits naturally into your wedding day.

Our professional barista team prepares every drink with care, focusing on flavour, consistency, and quality throughout the day. We believe great service matters just as much as great coffee. We take a friendly, flexible approach and are always happy to accommodate individual preferences and requests.

  • A focus on flavour, consistency, and quality ingredients, without shortcuts

  • A high-output inverter-style generator providing reliable power, with lower noise than standard generators

  • Our own on-board water supply, so no access to the venue’s water is required

  • Dairy and non-dairy milk options

  • Friendly, professional service tailored to your wedding

  • £300 hire fee (up to 5 hours of service)

    This includes:

    • Hire of our converted horse box trailer, equipped with professional café-standard espresso equipment

    • Our professional barista team

    • Setup and pack-down

    • Coffee ground fresh to order, including decaf

    • Power supply via our inverter-style generator

    • On-board water supply

    Travel costs:

    • First 30 miles free (covers a 30-mile return journey)

    • £1 per mile thereafter (covers the full return journey — effectively 50p per mile)

    Drinks are charged separately unless agreed as part of a package.

  • We offer flexible drinks packages based on the number of drinks you’d like to pre-book, with everything included and no hidden extras.

    Both packages include:

    • All espresso-based coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, americanos, mochas, iced coffee, and decaf

    • Hot chocolate made with real chocolate and steamed milk (no powders or water)

    • Chai latte

    • Tea

    • Coffee syrups included at no extra charge

    • Oat, soya, and almond milk included

    Drinks are freshly prepared to order by our professional barista team using quality ingredients throughout.

    As a general guide, many couples allow 1–2 drinks per guest, though actual consumption will vary and is entirely down to guest choice.

    Any drinks served beyond the pre-booked amount can be added on the day at standard menu pricing and invoiced after the event.

  • Soft drinks are available on the day and charged using a simple consumption allowance.

    Couples can choose an allowance in advance (for example £30 or £50). Soft drinks are deducted from the allowance as they’re served. Any unused allowance is not charged, and additional soft drinks can be added to the final invoice if required.

  • At Coffee63, we love a good cake almost as much as a great coffee.

    Our cakes are supplied by Cakesmiths, whose bakes are known for their quality and have won multiple Great Taste Awards. Two of our favourites are the Billionaire Shortbread and the Pastel de Nata, which is imported directly from Portugal.

Simple, Stress-Free Setup

We are fully self-sufficient and operate from our converted trailer. A clear, level space of approximately 2.5m x 4.5m is required for the trailer and generator. As we supply our own power and water, no external connections are needed.

The location must be accessible for towing and suitable for positioning the trailer on firm, level ground.
